Franks Lane, Horton Kirby

The continuous flooding is due to fallen trees/debris blocking the river as it runs through land belonging to Frank's Hall. The Environment Agency have the authority and responsibility to clear it and have been made aware of the situation. The Parish Council, District Councillor Alan White and the Darent River Preservation Society have been asking KCC Highways and The Environment Agency to look into this as a matter of urgency and are waiting for an update.
